Ingredients:

eggs
1/4 cup
water
1
Parmesan & Herb Packet
2 cups
bread crumbs
kosher salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup
canola oil
Recipe Instructions:

Beat eggs and water together in bowl. In a second bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan & Herb Packet, and salt & pepper. Mix well. Dip each frozen ravioli in the egg mixture, coating it well, and then into the bread crumb mixture. Coat both sides thoroughly.

Lightly spray both sides of ravioli with oil

Preheat Air Fryer to 375F. Arrange ravioli in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket. Cook for 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
Repeat step for additional ravioli. Let rest for 2-3 minutes or until cool enough to handle.
