Ingredients:
1 (14oz) pkg
12 tbsp
unsalted butter
1⁄2 cup
Italian parsley leaves
2 tbsp
lemon juice
4 tbsp
pine nuts, toasted
parmesan cheese, grated
salt to taste
Recipe Instructions:
1.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to directions. Drain, cover and keep warm.
2.
Put the butter into a heavy bottomed skillet and melt over medium heat.
3.
Raise heat to medium and add parsley leaves. Fry parsley in the butter until crispy and butter is lightly browned.
4.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice and season with salt to taste.
5.
Add ravioli to the brown butter, toss to coat and serve topped with pine nuts and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

1. Add pasta to 4 quarts of gently boiling water. Stir immediately.
2. Cook for 3 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165º F). If frozen, cook for 4 minutes.
3. Scoop pasta out of water and strain to avoid breaking. Coat with your favorite sauce and serve.
