Organic Spinach & Cheese Ravioli with Walnut Parsley Pesto

Recipe Description:

In a few easy steps you can create a walnut-parsley twist on a traditional pesto sauce. The walnuts create the perfect pairing with our delicate Organic Spinach & Cheese Ravioli. Dazzle at dinner tonight!


2 cups
walnut pieces, toasted
3/4 cups
extra virgin olive oil
1 clove
1/4 cup
sherry vinegar
1/4 cup
fresh parsley, packed tight
kosher salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup
Parmesan Cheese, grated

Recipe Instructions:

Puree the toasted walnut pieces, parsley and garlic in the bowl of a food processor while slowly drizzling in the oil and add vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the Organic Spinach & Cheese Ravioli following the cooking instructions on package and drain well.
Toss the cooked ravioli with the walnut sauce until ravioli are coated. Serve topped with parmesan cheese and enjoy!

How To Cook - Step 1
1. Add pasta to 4 quarts of gently boiling water. Stir immediately.

2. Cook for 3 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165º F). If frozen, cook for 4 minutes.

3. Scoop pasta out of water and strain to avoid breaking. Coat with your favorite sauce and serve.
