Grilled Chicken & Mozzarella Ravioli with Mushrooms and Parmesan Cream

Recipe Description:

Make your own traditional Italian meal with this cheesy cream sauce that features fresh herbs and mushrooms, paired with our savory Grilled Chicken & Mozzarella Ravioli.


2 tbsp
olive oil
2 cups
crimini mushrooms, quartered
2 cloves
garlic, sliced
1 tbsp
small shallot, finely chopped
1/4 cup
white wine
1 1/2 cups
heavy cream
1/4 cup
parmesan cheese
1 tsp
fresh rosemary leaves
kosher salt to taste

Recipe Instructions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to instructions on package. Drain, cover and keep warm.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat; add mushrooms and garlic and sauté for 3-5 minutes, until well browned, being careful not to burn.
Add butter and shallots and cook until shallots are soft and butter starts to brown. Deglaze with white wine and reduce by half.
Add cream and reduce slightly. Put the parmesan cheese into the sauce, reduce until slightly thickened, and season to taste.
Toss pasta into sauce and return the pan to heat for 1 minute until sauce evenly coats the pasta. Remove from heat. Serve topped with rosemary leaves and enjoy!

How To Cook - Step 1
1. Add pasta to 4 quarts of gently boiling water. Stir immediately.

2. Cook for 3 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165º F). If frozen, cook for 4 minutes.

3. Scoop pasta out of water and strain to avoid breaking. Coat with your favorite sauce and serve.

Serve with caution, as food will be hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
