Grilled Chicken & Mozzarella Ravioli with Mushrooms and Leeks

Recipe Description:

Give this traditional Italian Ravioli a boost by adding a succulent mixture of sauteed mushrooms and leeks. The easy ravioli recipe is quick to make and sure to be a hit with your family.


4 oz
4 cloves
garlic, minced
1 ea
leek, white & light green sections, washed and sliced thinly
1 lb
Chanterelle Mushroom, halved (substitute or blend your favorite mushrooms)
Kosher salt and white pepper
1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Instructions:

Add butter and garlic a 12-inch sauté pan and cook for 30 seconds over high heat.
Add the leeks and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Add in the chanterelle mushrooms and cook until tender, 5-7 minutes. As they cook you may need to lower the heat to medium so not to burn.
Cook the Grilled Chicken & Mozzarella Ravioli following the cooking instructions on package and drain well.
Combine the ravioli and the mushroom mixture, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve topped with parmesan cheese, enjoy!

How To Cook - Step 1
1. Add pasta to 4 quarts of gently boiling water. Stir immediately.

2. Cook for 3 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165º F). If frozen, cook for 4 minutes.

3. Scoop pasta out of water and strain to avoid breaking. Coat with your favorite sauce and serve.
