Garden Ravioli Salad

Recipe Description:

Enjoy Pasta Prima Spinach & Mozzarella Ravioli all year round with this delicious and simple recipe. Great as a warm salad or after chilled, serve this as a side or your main event. Try to mix and match in a few of your favorite ingredients, you can't hurt this easy and fast recipe!


4 tbsp
Italian herb cheese blend
medium tomato, ½" diced
medium red onion, ½" diced
green bell pepper, ½" diced
button mushrooms, sliced ¼" thick
2 tbsp
fresh basil, finely chopped
2 cloves
garlic, minced
4 tbsp
olive oil
2 tbsp
roasted pine nuts (optional)

Recipe Instructions:

Cook ravioli according to the package instructions.
Transfer cooked ravioli to a large mixing bowl. Toss with vegetables, olive oil, basil, garlic, and Italian herb cheese blend.
Serve immediately topped with an additional sprinkle of the herb cheese blend and toasted pine nuts or chill to serve as a cold ravioli salad. Enjoy!

How To Cook - Step 1
1. Add pasta to 4 quarts of gently boiling water. Stir immediately.

2. Cook for 3 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165º F). If frozen, cook for 4 minutes.
How To Cook - Step 3
3. Scoop pasta out of water and strain to avoid breaking. Coat with your favorite sauce and serve.

Serve with caution, as food will be hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
