Grilled Chicken & Prosciutto Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce

Recipe Description:

Make the perfect traditional Alfredo sauce in a few easy steps. Three Bridges Grilled Chicken & Prosciutto Ravioli is best enjoyed paired with this creamy alfredo cheese sauce. Brings out all the savory flavors of the prosciutto and chicken with an easy family favorite.

heavy cream
2 cups
Parmesan Cheese, grated fresh
2 cloves
garlic, minced
1/2 tsp
black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup

Recipe Instructions:

Cook ravioli according to directions on pack. Set aside and keep warm.
Add butter and cream to larger sauce pan then simmer over low heat 2 minutes.
Add garlic, salt and pepper then simmer another minute.
Stirring constantly, slowly add parmesan cheese until thoroughly mixed and melted.
Heat a small non-stick saute pan on medium then add breadcrumbs in even layer to toast. Heat till a golden brown color, stir as needed.
Plate up ravioli on 4 plates, spoon on cheesy alfredo sauce then top with toasted breadcrumbs and fresh herbs. Enjoy!

How To Cook - Step 1
1. Add pasta to 4 quarts of gently boiling water. Stir immediately.

2. Cook for 3 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165º F). If frozen, cook for 4 minutes.

3. Scoop pasta out of water and strain to avoid breaking. Coat with your favorite sauce and serve.
