Ingredients:
1 (14oz) pkg
1 tbsp
unsalted butter
2 cloves
garlic, minced
1 ea
lemon, zested and juiced
1 (16oz) jar
favorite Gluten-Free Alfredo
OR
1 cup
Heavy Cream
AND
1 cup
vegetable or chicken broth
3 tbsp
fresh basil, finely chopped
2 tbsp
fresh parsley, finely chopped
kosher salt, to taste
1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe Instructions:
1.
Add the butter and garlic to a 12-inch sauté pan over high heat and cook for 30 seconds.
2.
Add in the lemon juice and zest and cook for 30 seconds
3.
Add in the Alfredo sauce or the broth and heavy cream.
4.
Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until thickened to sauce consistency.
5.
Add in the fresh basil and parsley and mix well.
6.
Remove from the heat and season with the salt and parmesan cheese.
7.
Cook the Gluten Free Five Cheese Ravioli following the cooking instructions on package and drain well.
8.
Serve ravioli well coated in sauce and top with a few sprinkles of basil. Enjoy!
1. Add pasta to 4 quarts of gently boiling water. Stir immediately.
2. Cook for 3 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165º F). If frozen, cook for 4 minutes.
3. Scoop pasta out of water and strain to avoid breaking. Coat with your favorite sauce and serve.
Serve with caution, as food will be hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
