Privacy Policy of Valley Fine Foods Company, Inc., Owner of Pasta Prima

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the manner in which Valley Fine Foods Company, Inc., a
California corporation (“Valley Fine Foods”), collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected
from users (each, a "User") of its www.pastaprima.com and www.facebook.com/pastaprimafoods
websites (each a “Site,” together the "Sites"). The Policy also discloses the expectations relating to
content posted by others on these Pasta Prima-branded Sites. The Policy applies to the Sites as well as
the products and services offered by Valley Fine Foods, including Pasta Prima.

Forbidden Content

Users are prohibited at all times from posting content or messages to or on the Sites that in any way may
be reasonably seen as illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, insulting, disruptive,
offensive, or harmful to the feelings of other persons, or that are otherwise injurious to third parties, as
well as content or messages that consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial
solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, chain jokes or any form of "spam." “Forbidden Transmissions”).
Examples of Forbidden Transmissions include: software, programs, or websites that include sexuallyexplicit
content; unwelcome propositions; ethnic or racial slurs; or content that can reasonably be
construed as hateful, harassing, or disparaging of others based on classifications including sex, race,
sexual orientation, age, national origin, or religious or political beliefs. Users are also prohibited from
posting content that violates any federal or state law or regulation, infringes on the intellectual property or
other rights of others, or is false or misleading. Users may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate
any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content or messages. Valley Fine Foods
reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.

Valley Fine Foods does not endorse any opinion by anyone other than the official stated opinions of
Valley Fine Foods. All User opinions are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Users who post the
opinions.

Ads appearing on the Sites may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies.

Google Adsense
